- This Refund, Return and Replacement Policy is applicable to products purchased from Divertainment Sdn Bhd (“Product(s)”).
- We DO NOT offer any form of refund however, we are willing to replace or exchange in the event there is any defect in the quality or condition of the Product(s) or the delivered Product(s) does not reflect the order placed by you, you may apply to return the defective and/or wrongly delivered Product(s) to us in exchange for a replacement.
- Incorrect purchases made at your behest shall not entitles you to any return, exchange and replacement.
- There shall strictly be no return and/or exchange for Product(s) damaged due to shipping and/or improper handling by third-party shipping/delivery agents and all claims shall lie with such third-party shipping/delivery agent.
- Where there is any defect in the quality or condition of the Product(s), you may apply to return the defective and/or damaged Product(s) to us in exchange for a replacement.
- You shall examine the Product(s) received by you within 24 hours upon collection/delivery and report for any deficiencies and/or damages (“Claim Period”). Any claim (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline at [ 0356363483 ] or our email at [ fun@divekl.com ] by enclosing photos of the delivered Product(s) together with a copy of the delivery order/invoice issued by us.
- Upon receipt of your return request, we will review your request and at our sole and absolute discretion decide whether to: –
- replace the Product(s) with new item;
- repair the Product(s); or
- inform you that your Product(s) is not eligible for return.
- We will confirm your request through email. Upon receiving the confirmation for replacement, you shall return the Product(s) to us within 3 days from our confirmation email. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we reserve the right to decline your request, in the event:
- the Product(s) is not returned in satisfactory condition;
- the Product(s) has been tampered with;
- the defect in the Product(s) was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process;
- the defect in the Product(s) arising from improper use, negligence, accidental or faulty installation by you or any person other than our authorised technician or agent;
- any unusual physical and/or environmental conditions, use in application for which the Product(s) was not intended or designed;
- any wilful damage, abuse or vandalism; or
- any Product(s) that has been altered or modified in any way by any person other than our authorised technician or agent, the original Product(s) will be returned to you.
- All costs arising from and incidental to the return of the Product(s) shall be fully borne by you, unless otherwise agreed by us.
- We reserve the right to amend, modify, vary and supersede this Refund, Return and Replacement Policy from time to time.
