Kapalai Sipadan: Fun Dives / Advanced OW (& above)
Sipadan is the only oceanic island in Malaysia, rising 600 metres from the seabed. It is located in the Celebes Sea off the east coast of Sabah, Malaysia. It was formed by living corals growing on top of an extinct volcanic cone that took thousands of years to develop.
If you ask devoted divers to list the top dives sites they wish to visit, Sipadan is frequently at the top of the list.
The diving is always good at Sipadan! Good-sized pelagics and large schools of fish generally represent Sipadan’s main attraction to divers.
So, we are heading back there in July 2024!
